As a Senior Real Estate Specialist, I have a lot of knowledge, connections and resources for helping seniors either stay in their homes safely or downsize to a variety of living situations. I am familiar with many of the local independent and assisted living options around us, as well as over 55 communities.  We can discuss options and I can share resources.

I do not charge for a preliminary 15 minute conversation, but if you would like to access my vast network I am here to assist for a fee of $65/hour or $35 for an additional half hour.  If you choose to hire me as your Realtor to sell the home, I would credit you any fees incurred.
